The suspect in the White House Correspondents' Dinner shooting wrote a more than 1,000 word document he described as an explanation and justification for his actions. He explicitly stated an intent to target the president and administration officials. The manifesto is explicitly anti‑Trump, repeatedly accusing President Donald Trump of criminal acts (using terms such as “pedophile,” “rapist,” and “traitor”) — language used repeatedly by Democratic politicians.
