Poll: Many young adults may be unprepared to navigate the healthcare system

Researchers are warning that many young adults are not prepared to navigate the healthcare industry. A new poll by C.S. Mott Children's Hospital found one in six parents say their young adult child between the ages of 18 and 25 do not know how to schedule appointments, handle insurance or provide family medical history.
