Hoy les traigo una propuesta culinaria que nunca antes había intentado: ¡Pollo al Limón! 🍋 Me encanta darle un toque fresco y sabroso a las carnes con limón, por lo que en esta ocasión decidí hacer una deliciosa salsa a base de limón a unos filetes de pechuga finamente cortados. De esta manera, se cocinan más rápido y quedan jugosos. Para darle mayor consistencia a la salsa, añadí una cucharada de harina de trigo o maicena si lo prefieren, según lo que tengan disponible. Confieso que tenía cierto temor de que no fuera del agrado de mi familia, porque recibir sus elogios es siempre mi meta. ¡Y esta vez no fue la excepción! A todos les encantó. Así que ahora les explicaré cómo fue el proceso para que puedan replicarlo en casa y disfrutar de una nueva forma de preparar este plato. ¡Aquí vamos! Hello, friends! Today I bring you a culinary proposal that I had never tried before: Lemon Chicken! 🍋 I love to give a fresh and tasty touch to meats with lemon, so this time I decided to make a delicious lemon-based sauce to some thinly sliced breast fillets. This way, they cook faster and stay juicy. To give the sauce more consistency, I added a spoonful of wheat flour or cornstarch if you prefer, depending on what you have available. I confess that I was a little afraid that my family would not like it, because receiving their praise is always my goal. And this time it was no exception! Everyone loved it. So now I will explain how the process went so you can replicate it at home and enjoy a new way of preparing this dish. Here we go! Para esta receta, necesitarán los siguientes ingredientes: 5 filetes de pechuga cortados finos de antemano. 3 limones. 1 cebolla 2 hojas de orégano. 1 cucharada grande de harina de trigo Aceite de girasol (poco menos de media taza). Pimienta y sal al gusto. For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients: 5 breast fillets cut thin beforehand 3 lemons. 1 onion. 2 oregano leaves. 1 large spoonful of wheat flour Sunflower oil (a little less than half a cup). Pepper and salt to taste. Proceso de Elaboración: Elaboration Process: En primer lugar, sazona los filetes con sal y pimienta al gusto. First, season the fillets with salt and pepper to taste. En una sartén con un poco de aceite, cocinar los filetes hasta que estén dorados y bien cocidos. In a frying pan with a little oil, cook the fillets until they are golden brown and well cooked. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with the tablespoon of wheat flour.
