In the dead of night as people sleep that is when the spirits creep as the bell tolls three Dark things take power. We like to call it the super natural Hour and now hey welcome to the supernatural hour. I'm your host Raven. I'm Chad.
This is Emmett This is Drake. This is down and I don't know why but it seems like it's been about 300 years since we've done this I don't we put one out every two weeks But it does seems like it's been forever Maybe it's because Jess hasn't been here for a while and it's been a month for me because I hate Google meets or whatever it was But yeah sadly I was you know in Alaska Well and Drake has got some good news He does yeah, yeah hockey you're only wearing their hair. You know not for the team at one Oh, I can only see like the shoulders. No, this is I'm wearing Anaheim not Vegas.
Okay. Yeah Drake is a big big hockey fan and the Knights one and you're pretty excited about that. Yes, I was All right, so what kind of business do we have Chad? We do have some business We have our upcoming peocean of atta investigation on August 12th We will be investigating the Overland Hotel and Boot Hill Cemetery So go out to advanced paranormal calm events to get your tickets or it's also available on a bit, right?
And just just to make it clear the tickets are for the event only hotel food transportation that's on you unless you want to Pay us a lot of money for patreon But we're looking really forward to this it's gonna be a fun event We've got some people coming and we'll have a lot of our team coming down. So that's this is a rare opportunity So yeah, so we went out there. Yeah, we went out there just to kind of look just kind of you know something to do a little Get away and we went to boot hildering the day. I think it will be fantastic at nighttime And that time of year to oh, yeah, yeah, no snow Hopefully no rain.
Yep. So that's that's the business that we've got going on We've also got our insider summer event coming up that scheduled for August 26th. Yes, okay So if you're not an insider sign up and become an insider and get more details on that if you are an insider check your insider Emails and things for more detail on that we're looking forward to that. It's gonna be a great event It is every year you get tired of hearing we talk about the food It's amazing so that includes Investigation and a potluck dinner and we provide the the main dish in the drinks from advanced paranormal So and then the investigation where we're having it is we've been there before and it's very dark So it should be a great investigation to and while we're talking about patrons I can't remember whether or not we've already talked about the spooks But if we have they're gonna get another shout out they are our most recent patrons there.
Oh, thanks Oh gosh, thanks insiders, which is a $50 a month insider. So we're very very appreciative to them So we're glad to have them and we're glad to have all our other patrons It really helps us be able to get all the things that we're doing completed. Do we ever get any fan mail? No?

So, you know, if you have to go ahead throw me under the bus and I Can't take criticism. Don't do it. Yeah, don't do it.
Don't just crumble. I can if it's not in public If you don't call me out in front of a bunch of people I'm good So the business has been brought to you by Castle Photo Art and Castle Nature Studio So go to Castle for all your photo needs as far as residential We haven't had any since our lab last podcast. I've got one in the works But we're having a hard time kind of finding a date But as you know summertime traditionally we have fewer residential because people spend more time outside more time camping more time away From home. I actually went on a residential a few weeks ago But I do not have liberty to discuss it publicly.
Oh, no, there is some active stuff happening out there people Oh, yeah, it happens This most people forget and and then we get bombarded in the fall, which is fine. We love it So bombarded the season it is all right So our main topic today is brought to you by Oteo's fabulous State if you've never been there you need to go if you're anywhere close to the Utah County area We're gonna talk about polter geists tonight and I find the topic of polter geists fascinating because when you guys think of polter geists Was the first thing that kind of comes to mind the 1980s movie, okay? Yeah, just yeah moving moving objects, you know, yeah besides Craig T Nelson But yeah moving objects, which I've never experienced but I hope to one of these days, you know or noises things like that Right, we actually did a residential I don't know maybe two years ago the one that's just at my warehouse and at first we thought it might be a polter geist Turned out it wasn't but I think most people if you say polter geists like if you just went You know out in the world and just picked up some person and said what's polter geist? They're gonna say noisy ghost right right that's a literal translation Yes, mm-hmm.
Yeah, it says I looked at the etymology and the etymology says the word polter geist comes from the German language words Polterne which is to make sound or to rumble and geist which is ghost or spirit and the term translates itself as noisy ghost rumble ghost or loud spirit There's a synonym that was coined by a fellow named Renee sudra and its Thorbism from a Greek word that I can't pronounce which is to make noise or up roar or throw into confusion So I think that's what most people think polter geists are and for the longest time That's what I thought a polter geist was until I took the demonology course and Drake I think you're taking that why aren't you through Bishop long I did take it So and I actually have my notebook here you guys can't see if you're listening but everyone on my zoom call can see it I took a bunch of notes because I had never thought of this concept before you take the most copious notes. I take amazing notes Probably too many the idea of notes is just to give you a little hints of what you've learned I just basically write everything down. I'm the same way I just copy everything and fall back to it later Absolutely in fact I used to work the spectra for highway patrol and all the other dispatchers loved my notes because I literally wrote down Everything they're like just hope that the end took notes on whatever thing you need to research because she writes down everything so One of the things that they brought up in this class was the idea of a poltergeist being not a spirit in and of itself but actually a younger person most often a female and this female has either has some powers that she is unaware of or She's just under so much stress and duress that all of her energies are focused into A living person right yes. Yeah a living person is there to generating it.
It's almost like a topa or something right so for example let's say that there's an adolescent girl let's say she's being abused by a certain male in her family and she doesn't know how to voice it she's under so much stress because it's happening and You know she will look at a picture of him and it will crack and fall off the wall Or you know and it's it's usually focused on things connected to that particular person You know the pictures that fall off the wall have that person in it or the things that are broken or that fly off the wall belong to that person And I found that concept Fascinating and so after listening to Bishop Long's You know lessons I thought you know what no you know ghosts You know normal regular ghosts, you know whether it's a grandma that passed away or whether it's an evil spirit I mean they do enough noise making and throwing things and and breaking things if they want your attention I really like the idea of the poltergeist being these Phenomena from the yeah the phenomenon from you know being under so much stress under us what you do the telekinesis Effect it sounds like it sounds like Matilda. Yeah, exactly good So what's Matilda? I'm I'm not up on that though in the 90s It's real dull. Yeah, she Was in a household that was I guess abusive in a way of like neglect not like to extreme that you were talking about and she was Able to like use all of her stress and all that and she like pinpointed was able to then start making things move and do magic I guess in a way with like her eye.
Well you remember that the first one of these was the movie Carrie You know the story Carrie, you know just Manifesting that kind of power, you know psychically I just know me and my friends growing up always would stare really hard at stuff and hope that we could you know make it move like Matilda teachers who stare at stuff Well in the longest we're gonna kind of discuss some You know fictional characters we could even go to Harry Potter So I am kind of on bed rest long story. I've supposed to have surgery. I had a favor So now I'm trying to get rid of the fever and so I thought well since I can't really do much and I'm kind of cloistered I had to stay away from Jeremy people. I thought I'm gonna be the Harry Potter series because I love Harry Potter You guys have heard me talk about it on this podcast before and so I started with book one I'm up to book four now, but I mean even and I realized that Harry Potter is about magic and I realized it's fictional But if you've ever read it or seen the movie in the first one before he even knows he's a wizard when he's under stress He makes things happen, you know his aunt cut his hair really short and look bad And he was stressed out that people would make fun of him So he grew his hair back and his cousin and cousin's friends were bullying him and trying to beat him up And he found himself on top of the roof of the school so same kind of concept And with adolescents you just think of where your hormones are with an adolescent and then you're gonna throw that on to Females and there's even more It has made a lot of sense to me You're saying this and not me well and then and then like you know carry the the Stephen King novel carry the same kind of thing with the movie So they see six basic I can't even say it a great job in that role and that idea of being able to move Objects and things and and cause things to happen through you know because of emotional trauma Right and just looking through my notes and some of the things that said you know I wrote common reasons for poltergeist activity is extreme emotional distress or teen going through puberty And this isn't to say that every teenager going through puberty is going to cause poltergeist activity But you know think of think of how you were or how your kids are or how your nieces are nephews are when they go through puberty And they're under just so much stress with their changes anyway And then you add something on top of that, you know whether it's neglect or abuse or whatever and it's just going to You know if if they're going to release that somehow that is one of those ways it can be released you know and as a This is a Investigator one of the things you would do is you know either help them find the cause of the stress You know or suggest that they see a therapist You know because we are not licensed therapists at least most of us aren't And just try to alleviate that stress and one of the things that professor long you know did teach in this class was to suggest therapy For cases like that I just want to add anything before I move on in my notes You know it's it's um I've seen so much poltergeist activity on tv over the last 10 15 years You know and he's on the cable tv shows And yet you know the scientific community still says it's been undocumented and not proven but It makes you wonder because people are recording this stuff, you know and there's obviously no way they can fake it right the interesting thing about poltergeist two is I mean there's so many different names for ghosts You know there's ghosts and spirit and specter and spook and what do they all seem to start with an s poltergeist?
There are just so many so many things There is a magician in 1957 his name was milliborne christopher he lived in the Cape Cod area and he felt that strong air currents Coming down to chimney were enough to cause this poltergeist activity We'll be have a chimney right if you have a chimney He says no, you know these kind of cars and that was proven not to be so In the 1950s there was a man named guy William Lambert And he said that poltergeist activity could be explained by movement of underground water causing stress and we do know that water can amplify Paranormal activity and so Some folks came in and they said no, you know, that's that's not so but a different man came in by the name of Trevor Hall He said that if you had that much pressure from water that the building would fall down Um and they just said that theory didn't hold up. You didn't hold water. You didn't hold water There was a fellow named michael persinger who theorized seismic activity um And then a man named david turner who theorized ball lightning so there's been just a ton of theories around poltergeist activity Let's see and it was parapsychologist nander photo and William roll And then I have another name that I cannot read my handwriting. It looks like crag parker They are the ones that theorize the psycho kinesis, you know based on You know, they said every time we've gone into one of these uh poltergeist type Uh cases, you know, everything's been focused on one person and come to find out later that one person has traumatized An adolescent in one way or another, which I find is interesting um some of the shows are noises throwing objects electrical disturbances, um fires And again, just another note every ball being around kids with unhappy childhoods That kind of touches into the steven king books fire starter too with the kids and You know kids and kind of the things and also children of corn kinds of approach too Right So this residential that we did a couple of years ago, um here we've talked about it before when we did it as a residential but the couple was complaining that pictures were falling off the walls um And loud noises and they actually said we think we have a poltergeist and there were some situations in the home where I thought You know, it's it's possible that it could be you know this telekinesis kind of a poltergeist But once we got in there and got doing investigating it was actually one of the Couples father that was there and he was just trying to get their attention because they needed to work some things out But I get calls all the time that say we got a poltergeist that was their dead fathers Trying to get their attention correct.
Yes. Yes. No, the father had passed in his spirit was on the home and he was trying to get their attention But I'll get calls all the time. You know, I've got a poltergeist.
Okay, you know, tell me what's going on. We're hearing noises But spirits are you know, they're trying to get your attention that they will Cause a ruckus we've had spirits that crinkle Um Plastic bottles to get attention. We've had things thrown across the room. We've had things fall off walls And we've had you know unexplained knocks unexplained things thrown here that we can hear it, but we can't see it So audible voices just because yeah, just because you've got no way to go on your home doesn't necessarily mean it's a poltergeist Okay.
Well now tell me this because I'm sure this doesn't count as poltergeist activity, but it maybe it should you know, I've been touched by spirits Um, you've seen one shove my my arm that one time at that residential And um, you know, I I I felt him bump into me and shoved me But um, you know to where I actually you know kind of lost my balance So I wonder if you could almost count that as poltergeist activity. They're moving a you know a person instead of Um, I'm not moving the actual person instead of a picture of a person or yeah, but I think checking that experience It wouldn't have been an adolescent that was angry at you or doing that And so I wouldn't put it into kind of this telekinesis psychokinetic No, yeah, those times there was no there's no living person that could have manifested that it was definitely, you know, something from the other side Right. I'm not saying he didn't have a paranormal experience because I was there when it happened and yeah, it was an unusual jerky motion for you I it was just somebody just shoved my arm back. I thought I thought you bumped me in fact that you were four feet behind me Yeah, and I can say I saw it But I wouldn't classify that as kind of the the poltergeist that we're talking about right now but it would be a spirit of some kind that had enough energy to you know, right Activated the poltergeist is more Energy happening from more so living and then you know a spirit moving something just like that would be more from a dead like situation That's what it seems like.
Oh, yeah, and I think one time I got shoved. I mean we were pretty sure who it was It was uh, it was the spirit of a teenage boy. It was just kind of, you know, I remember that Yeah, grantsville Yeah, that was that was a weird it was during a crossing over and he just had to give one last shove on his way through Was that the one that we all thought we were gonna die on the way home because it was snowing so bad We just know yeah, there's no storm from hell. Yep Exactly.
Yeah, it's like are we on the freeway? Like I don't know the GPS says we're on a major freeway But I don't see a major freeway. So yeah, you you had zero visibility Miles and miles and miles. It was terrible.
Yeah, we just pretty much followed the GPS It was a totally cool investigation though. It's still worth it Well, you know, I think it's funny. You know just the whole idea of poltergeist. I think I mean the idea of ghosts in and of itself is just a strange science because it's really hard to prove stuff and I think within the paranormal world poltergeist is even A bigger unknown After having studied it in that class and studying it for this I tend to you know, if you tell me it's a poltergeist I'm gonna go to the adolescent that's causing You know some issues paranormal activity.
Yeah, even though they don't yeah, even though they don't realize they're doing it They're just under such stress, but there's a fellow named dr. John and kerburg and he says that poltergeists are works of scene Okay, tell us more. It's all I have written down Okay, so they're works of say yes So I don't know what that means, but who is this guy? He's is he an academic?
He sounds like a These are these are my notes I write down a lot of stuff that they don't necessarily make sense. I just thought that was an interesting quote What was his name again? Dr. John and kerburg.
Okay, if anybody wants to look up his reasoning they get extra credit But on the on that note So I have one that's according to alan kardek the founder spiritualism that poltergeists are manifestations of disembodied spirits a low level Elowing to the sixth class of the third order and under this explanation. They believe to be closely associated with elements See that was essentially elementals right and that's one of the notes I was gonna come to so I'm glad you brought it at first Yeah, so they could totally be elementals because we have dealt with a few elemental streak I mean you saw me trip on one at the last residential that we were on together Yeah, and I ran into two while we were at Fort Dooker, Ken Floyd Yeah, and the thing about the elementals is Usually they are very playful and very peaceful unless you piss them off and then they can get really really ugly I found them. They just usually just ignore me unless I piss them off pretty much And here's the thing about elementals they block me You know, I can feel people people have a for lack of a better word of flavor and we were on a residential and Casein was with us and everybody that was on our team was in the room with me except for casein He was just out in the hallway and I could see him But it was like he wasn't there because I couldn't feel him and I was like this is really psycho because I remember thinking someone's missing But I could see him so you know one two three four five say no, we're all here one two three But I could not feel him and it took us a little while But we figured out that the elemental was in the doorway and elemental blocked me being able to feel casein It was really kind of bizarre when you found him have they've been near a portal Yes, yeah Drake, how about you? What's your been your experience?
Have portals been near the elementals? Yeah, it was that first residential that uh that we did with me on the team that we found that air elemental that was Essentially we came to type three Right. So that was one that is one that I would probably call a poltergeist because if they're playful They're not gonna do a whole lot but when they get nasty they're gonna start making noise and so I can be on board with an Elemental beyond poltergeist too. What do you guys think?
I I see no reason to doubt it. You know Makes sense. I mean with what we've dealt with them it makes a lot of sense that they would be Elemental would be considered poltergeist now. Oh, yeah, I mean that they would totally fit the noisy ghost Definition definition if they were the annoying type Yes, they'd they'd made you mad.
So here are two names that you've heard of psycho analyst Carl Gustav Jung He was interested in this whole idea of poltergeist and he believed that a female a female cousins Transstates were responsible for a dining room table splitting into and a broken bread knife that he found So he was kind of on the mindset of more of a psycho kinesis and energy coming from a distraught person Yeah, so I mean it was his cousin his his female cousin went into a trance and all these things happened Um, he also yeah, Carl Jung's a pretty a pretty major psychological person from the 19th century early 20th century huge like like Freud I mean, oh, you know, people might not know who young is but he's huge. Yeah speaking of Freud We're they knew each other contemporaries. Yeah, um on this little note that I found it said you also believed that when a bookcase Had he had a bookcase that had an explosive cracking sound during the meeting with sigmund Freud in 1909 He correctly predicted there would be a second sound speculating that such phenomena were caused by Exteriorization of his subconscious mind. Yeah, and if you think about this, we're really talking about You know, it's the 19th and early 20th centuries, but but learned doctors I mean these aren't you know the spiritualists or these aren't the the people that are you know doing things from a spiritual standpoint?
These are people between things from a psychological and human scientific standpoint, which makes this very interesting Yeah, I don't think anybody would say that young and Freud weren't intelligent actual Scientific people I don't think anyone would call them. I know you know, you can sit at any house That's you know isn't haunted and you can still hear it popping and cracking and from thermal expansion and contraction So, you know every little noise isn't necessarily paranormal right? So yeah, if you tell me that something is a poltergeist I'm gonna kind of run with the with the psychokinesis vein And if someone says it's a poltergeist you might redefine that as to a A noisy spirit, but not the not the energy the telekinetic energy coming from trauma with the living person But that means that if you come up to me and say no, I totally believe that the poltergeist is a noisy ghost I'm not going to kind of you or disbelieve you all just go okay Yeah, people believe the terminology that they believe right. I just think it's interesting that it it wasn't just a noisy ghost it could be something else I was kind of curious about more.
Why is it a female that is involved with this So I did a little research while you were chatting and it was kind of connecting apparently to puberty and I was out of emotional changes for girls And says poltergeist from almost attracted to the energy because it can use it to manifest as mischief So it's supposedly to do with you know the type of puberty that females go through Hey, my teenage years were pretty emotional. I mean So I don't know right well It's also said that those types three is that a money can't to taste into target women too So when it comes to spiritual activity women just kind of get the short analysis to It'll be hysterical now. Okay hysterical Right that's what they say to add to it just to what Velma was saying that though uh there was uh an actual physical research in a frankpond moor that his theory was the naughty little girl theory Oh, what's that? I haven't heard of that We're pretty much everything what uh Velma just said It's just he gave it the naughty little girl name name.
Oh, you get a cool name. Okay. I got the definition you have the the moniker Yeah, I mean I think if a woman is like really on edge. I think the correct thing to tell her is to calm down Isn't that isn't that if you want to tell me?
No, that's not the right thing to say The other one is have you taken your meds? Are you on your food? Yeah I made the mistake of saying that to my teenage daughter one day She was just having a bad day. I'm like is very concerned and I was like, yeah, this is why men don't ask that question because I bad I'm like on your mother.
I'm trying to connect with you a bit. No, well we often do once Not all not all then get to grow old and the ones that don't are the ones that didn't figure out the wrong things to say early in life Yeah, so if pictured are falling off the wall don't ask your teenage daughter if she's on her period You Might die you might get the wrong end of that poltergeist stick up your butt Okay, Drake you said you had some case studies or some stories. Do you want to tell us about those? I've got like 25 of them.
Okay. We might not need all 25 No, this it sounds like what Ravens lists There's three big ones that are like big known names and that's amityville The infill poltergeist and the bell which of Tennessee right? Those are the big three that I found that I know of all the rest of these are like tiny little last of like three months Right as I was doing some research. Um, I ran across a whole bunch I thought these will be some awesome future podcasts down the road so I wrote down about 30 of them So do you want to tell us a few highlights from?
I think most people know about amity and the bell which do you want to give us some highlights of the other one? Uh the infill it's kind of like amityville is just was more involved in a barn than a farmhouse. Okay Yeah, an amityville poltergeist activity though. What do you remember specifically what the activity was?
From what I was finding a lot of it. They were kind of keeping it under wraps All I would felt all I gave me was just the name and stuff. Okay So wasn't they wouldn't say if it was flying objects or anything like that or no, okay in your list Was there any like patterns you noticed of like states or places or type of buildings right? That was it just houses and something about?
and a lot of it's just um Not really actually so it's kind of all over the place isn't it mostly rural or semi rural Some of them thought three fours from a rural What I noticed in the list of ones that I saw that I was like ooh podcast Topics for later. Um, there seemed to be a lot of them in the 17 1800s too Yeah, a lot of them. I mean there was one that's that's like really really long like more than 20 years But it's not really known in the u.s Because it's more like a irish Scottish that Celtic area. Yeah.
Yeah, okay. So I have to tell you I have two stories about enemy bill So the first story is when I was in high school It was towards the end of the year and we weren't really doing anything in band Our assignment was just to clean the band room up And so we were cleaning the band room up and I found the book and legal horror a library book on the back counter And so I stole it. I didn't keep it forever. I took all my red and I brought it back But I read it and that's probably the first Real paranormal story I had ever read and I literally couldn't sleep for about a week I just like to wait terrified staring at things and I have to read other books to try to get my mind off of it It was terrifying Well, it was to just really like hit home with you for some reason Well, I think that's because I knew it was real and it really happened and it freaked me out because I at that point I didn't know I mean, I believed in ghosts and I found ghosts interesting I found ghosts interesting as long as I can remember but I think that one for me to know that this is real and this really happened I think that freaked me out and then Long story and I don't know all the ins and outs of it So I'm not gonna give all the ins and outs of it if you want to know the ins and outs of it We can ask castle one of these days But castle actually has a spoon from the enemy bill home And if I remember it was actually just about to ask about that Yeah, and I can't remember I think it's in like a shadow box And I think the backing of the shadow box might be sheets from the amadeel or pillow cases from the amadeel house And he doesn't keep them in his home.
He keeps them out in G. I wonder why he keeps them out in a shed or his garage and got salt all around it or something That's still that's too close for me. He's got he's a better man than I you might have two of them I'm not sure but I know he has at least one of them so we have a little claim to amadeel poltergeist fame Wow, that's cool. Yeah, so I think you can now actually go and visit it now and like stay on that property now as well Oh, wow is that for a podcast 300 Okay, go in the amadeel house for podcast Five go in two come out.
Yeah, I don't know that we'd be spending the night. That might be creepy. Okay. Um, oh I can say that be a an HE double hockey stick snow.
Oh, yeah, yeah Does anybody have anything else they want to add to poltergeist before we move off to emmets? No, I just I'm still hoping to see something really cool one day. You know for myself I want my ping pong ball to move. No one's moving from my ping pong ball yet.
I'd settle for that All right, I meant you have a segment for us today. Well, I just want to we just have a just a brief brief one I was having a conversation with somebody the other day about the relative merits of 2k versus 4k with like night vision camcorders and The thing to remember is that your resolution is not just a function of the electronics and the chip But it's also a function of the wavelength you're using you have to remember that night vision the wavelength is about twice as long as it is Or daylight vision. So right there your resolution is going to be half of what it is So remember that if you got a 2k camera for daylight vision, it's probably only going to be around 1k when it's on night vision Okay, because the wavelength of light is twice as long. So you can't see details, you know that small It's the same for 4k if you got a camera.
That's 4k in daylight. It's probably only going to be about 2k in night vision So but you know just we're we're very lucky to have night vision at all right in high def at all So share that in mind. So kind of what you're saying then is is to get better high resolution Night vision. You want to have higher resolution Just in the 4k or well.
Yeah, that's the only way to do it is just get the highest resolution that you can Right. Yeah, and I mean right now 4k is pretty much the standard Um, and you know, unfortunately night vision you can't use really fast shutter times because it's just too dim You know, you're not going to get enough photons and not collecting enough energy exactly right You won't be able to run 60 frames per second and see much of anything You know, but still you know you get a 4k camera on night vision. You're probably getting 2k maybe a little over And if you can run 24 to 32 frames per second, you're gonna capture stuff. There's nothing wrong with that at all Interesting.
Awesome. Thank you. That's what I got. Hey, velma.
Do you have a stone for us today? Yeah, um one of the previous episodes I talked about main and I like ringing from main so I was thinking okay I was just in Alaska and the uh gem of Alaska is jade, which I did not know that I always associate jade with like china Oh, yeah, right. Yeah, and so apparently they have even an entire mountain made of jade and says in this sewer peninsula Probably said that horribly wrong, but um, no sewer is correct. Yeah, go me But it's apparently jade is referring to two minerals jade.
It's just geography folks. No, no Basic stuff like weather erosion uh, it's a bit of two minerals jade in that fright and um, there you say that The amateur may try to look at the subtle variations both the gem sheen and surface texture decide between a chinese and alaskan jade Or try scratching with sharp instrument, which is doing the the hardness Uh and they can educate a guess it is best to consult a professional so they can look more closely with like microscope You can't really tell that easily with a naked eye So but I had no idea that jade was involved with alaskan Which makes sense because I kind of did see some of the drawer where you know like wise jade involved in the story And that's a gemstone that's just been around forever too. That's probably one of the oldest ones to be cut and polished right? Using jewelry.
Oh, yeah, they have like all this stuff. So i'm not gonna go too deep into it But I mean just side note speaking of rocks and minerals I did see the men in hog glacier And uh, it was amazing and I I as the science teacher observed the rocks with the scrapings of weathering on it And I took lots of pictures so I can show my students but I was entertained by the rocks. Let me tell you So yeah, yeah, jade, jade Awesome. Yeah, I just want to remind everybody that uh about everything at supernet Supernatural hour swag at advanced perenavel.com.
We've got laptop cases. We got we have stickers even I love our stickers And I do we have key chains. Yes. I don't think I've seen it.
We do have key chains. I believe so cool I know what they're self-uncovers because I've seen two of them now. Cool. In person.
Yeah, I have one of them. Yep. Hey, membrane I'm gonna get a sticker for a water bottle. Hey, that's advanced perenavel.com, right?
Yes, sir. Cool. Okay. So for the junk drawer today, have you guys heard of the tv show knock knock ghost?
No, I don't heard of the studio. Is it English or or? I think it's Canadian And I thought I wrote down the year. I don't see the year, but it was like 2014.
I believe I mean it's older There are three seasons 2014 isn't that old? No, but I mean, that's not like in the last couple years Um, there's three seasons on imbd most of the reviews were like eight nine and ten out of ten There was a couple that were one twos and threes out of ten But the the one two threes they didn't like the one of the new guys in season three they were all advocates of uh, uh, Figment Freud. Yeah, they like the guy in the first two seasons. Um, it was found on Amazon prime Um, like most shows most of the reviews said it takes two or three episodes to kind of warm up, you know to the cast but that's you know For anything that you watch really I've never watched it.
I'm just gonna put it out there I just was reading the reviews and you know reading everything on imbd Most people weren't sure if it was supposed to be serious or a spoof But they said it's so bad that it's hilarious. So I would kind of think maybe paranormal along the lines of natural debris Some people said it's so bad. It's good. It says they make fun of themselves And so one of the reviews, you know, just said that they were making fun of the people and I thought I wonder if they didn't get the humor in it Um, but everybody I mean, I would say 80% of the reviews just loved it.
They said it's hilarious. It's funny One of the reviews said they were too Canadian. They didn't like how they pronounced out oot. Yeah, so So, yeah, they were like racist and we can we can make progress on that and yeah, yeah, so So if a Canadian accent bothers you apparently you won't like this, but um, anyway, it looks I'm actually looking Oh, go ahead.
I pulled a dock and I looked it up. Uh, uh So it is under the comedy genre. Yeah, everything that I read about it and the feel I got about it was that it's not serious Um, I just got the feel of it's the natural libre of the paranormal TV or the paranormal version of the red green show maybe or something Yeah, exactly. I get the impression that it's a spoof and they're making fun of themselves and they're just having fun with it But most of the people thought it was absolutely hilarious and loved it So if you're looking for kind of a funny not so serious paranormal show, um, look up not not ghost There's at least three seasons of it.
