Poly 69 - Mary's Faith (PolyPat 12)

Abraham is known as the "father of faith" because he trusted in God's promises even while being tested through the offering of Isaac, which he did not have to fully go through, that God would even raise him from the dead to fulfill his promises to Abraham. Unlike Abraham, Mary had to go through with seeing her Son dead on the cross and still clinging to the promises of God. Mary is the perfect model of faith and the "mother of faith".
