With all my respect to Jean-Luc PONTY and for his music. © Aurora (Atlantic Records, 1976) © later with CLARK & Di MEOLA: The Rite of Strings (Studio56, 1995) Both of these versions inspired me. On one hand, the romantic prelude before Ponty's prelude, and on the other: the ending chord change leading to our mid-album intermezzo are both supposed to give some frame to the amazing original music in the list of my poor ones.
