Let's talk about pools and Fourth of July and I know I'm having a pool party, so let's talk about pool safety. Let's talk about what it cost to put a pool in versus buying a new home with a pool already in it. I know in our area, digging a pool's gonna cost you about $70,000. But buying a home with one in it only raises the value of the home about $15,000. So let's talk about whether or not they wanna buy...your sphere wants to buy a home that already has a pool dug in, whether they wanna dig in their own, what are the costs of each. How somebody can maybe use their equity to dig themselves an amazing pool. Fourth of July time, talk about pool parties, let's talk about pool safety, the alarms that you can put on the side of the pool, or actually, I think they float in the pool, to tell you when somebody's gotten in the water, maybe your kid got out and you need to know.
