Poor Toxic Management

This BHI Episode is based on poor management in the behavioral health field. This episode will get into an actual scenario I was presented with as a CTSS worker. Throughout the episode, I will explain the situation myself and my co-worker were in and how the CTSS supervisor and therapist on the case reacted to the situation in a negative and unprofessional manner.
