As young boys born in the 80s and raised in the 90s, we (Mark and Neils) were heavily influenced by the movies and tv shows we watched, games we played, books we read, and music we listened to. As latch-key kids, blerds (black nerds), etc. you can say pop culture had a hand in raising us. Now, as black fathers, we take a look back at the media we grew up with.
