Pop Up Shops & Maple Hill Right of First Refusal

Town Administrator Jamie Hellen and Marketing Communications Specialist Anne Marie Tracey discuss the new Pop Up Shop Grant and the Economic Development this will bring to Downtown Franklin. One shop recently opened on Main Street and another will open soon on East Central Street.
