Habemus papam - the first American pope has been elected. 69 year old Chicago-born Robert Francis Prevost is the 267th leader of the Catholic Church. He has taken the papal name Leo XIV. On the Rock, the bells have been ringing at the Cathedral of St Mary the Crowned. Our News Editor Christine Vasquez spoke to Bishop Carmel Zammit, who met Robert Prevost in Rome last year.A lack of continuity, failures in communication, and substandard care were among the concerns raised during a public meeting this week on domiciliary care services.
