¿Por Qué Existe la Música? ¿Fue la Música Una Herramienta Útil en el Proceso Evolutivo?

Desde el punto de vista evolutivo, la música y el lenguaje son  habilidades peculiares y únicas en el ser humano. Sin embargo, aún no  está claro si la capacidad para crear y apreciar música surgió como una  adaptación, o si es un subproducto de otras capacidades que sí se  consideran adaptaciones; como lo es el lenguaje.   Referencias  Chase, W.
