¿Por qué muchas veces grandes proyectos (pienso que quizás son la mayoría) se quedan a medio camino? Me hago esta pregunta, porque lo he visto con mis ojos, lo he vivido en grupos escolares con los que colaboro: Han planificado un cambio poderoso, quizás con unas nuevas metodologías didácticas o con un enfoque innovador en la forma de hacer el que siempre han hecho bien. Han reestructurado la organización, han rediseñado los sistemas de evaluación, han hecho cambios en la concepción arquitectónica para favorecer el aprendizaje… ¡En tantas cosas, tantos esfuerzos y en un momento tan decisivo como el actual! Pero, pasado un tiempo, queda sólo un resultado superficial.¿Por qué ha ocurrido? La roca que podría haber sido muy grande y haber marcado la diferencia, acaba siendo nada en pocos meses. ¿Qué debería haberse hecho diferente? No tengo la barita mágica, pero he reflexionado bastante sobre el tema. Os expongo las que en mi opinión son las siete causas por las que fracasan más proyectos.Entramos en un trimestre decisivo para el marketing escolar. Estamos de nuevo en fechas próximas a la preinscripción. En muchísimos casos, la necesidad de llenar las aulas –desgraciadamente no nacen niños suficientes– os ha empujado a mejorar de verdad el colegio, a diseñar un nuevo proyecto, que es realmente un gran proyecto. Algunos de vuestros planes, al menos sobre el papel, son fantásticos. No son vender humo, sin más. Existe una clara voluntad de hacerlo realidad. El problema es que en muchos casos se quedan a medio camino o no llegan a convertirse en un resultado palpable y prolongado en el tiempo.
