What was initially only a week long programme called National Nutrition Week has since evolved into a month long celebration as health is the biggest wealth and healthy mother and children will contribute massively to the development of the Nation.      In this POSHAN ABHIYAAN celebration show hosted by RJ Abi, we listen to an interview by the ICDS District Assistant Project Officer Ms. Shalini about the detailed work done by ICDS. She states that the programmes aims to reduce 4 main problems in newborns - Stunting, Wasting, Low Birth weight, and anemia.  To achieve this, they are conducting 5 programmes to induce a Behavioral change communication. Ms. Shalini explains abouts the programmes in detail.
