Positional Power Usage as a Leader.

Welcome to this weeks show.So what is positional power and is it still the driving force of organisations?The idea of authority derived from rank is a very well established concept of management. We would all be able to think of a direct command and control organisation, the military springs to mind, with ranks and authority driven position. I bet Most people can recall a job where the boss was the head, he or she would make the decisions and everyone would follow without question.
