I’m back after a little hiatus—and I’ve got something new and exciting for you. I’m putting together a private podcast series (yep, a little off-the-main-feed bonus just for you!) with 4–5 episodes that go deep into the embodiment tools that are changing my life right now: breathwork, somatics, and self-awareness practices. In this episode, I walk you through how my relationship with breathwork has shifted over the years. At first, it was all about learning the tool, training, and facilitating sessions for others. But slowly, it became less about “doing it right” and more about how it was transforming me from the inside out.Breathwork held me through grief after my dad passed. It helped me sit with the messy feelings, clear the stories looping in my head, and begin to feel lighter again. Over time, I’ve discovered that these practices aren’t just about mastery—they’re about living with more presence, ease, and joy.One of the biggest shifts for me lately has been exploring positive projection. Not bypassing, not toxic positivity, but doing the inner work so I can actually feel better about myself—and in turn, about the people around me.If you’re curious about how these practices can move from being “tools we use” to becoming the way we actually live and relate, this episode is for you. And if you’re ready to go deeper, keep an ear out for my upcoming free private podcast series—I’d love for you to join me there.00:00 Introduction and Podcast Update00:43 The Journey of Self-Discovery02:02 Personal Wellness and Daily Practices03:33 The Power of Breath Work05:02 Becoming a Breathwork Facilitator12:04 Grief and Healing Through Breath Work15:24 The Impact of Silent Meditation20:30 Positive Projection and Manifestation24:50 Conclusion and InvitationMy contact info!Podcast FB group:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/859832058689723Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/rebeccahappybreaths/ Don’t forget to subscribe so you don’t miss an episode, and let’s connect on social media since I’m always looking for feedback, new guests and new friends!  The FB group offers additional content and a chance to connect further :) I’m overjoyed and humbled to have you in this community, as we can never have too many conversations about healing and blooming!
