“Positive Role Models”

On this episode, we discuss being a positive role model. A positive role model today doesn’t have to be a celebrity or any famous individual. A positive role model is someone who is contributing to humanity in a positive way. It’s a person who has great intentions and is actively working on being better versions of themselves every day. We are all role models in some sense of the words because people look at us in a plethora of ways, and sometimes they are seeking inclusion. We all want to be included in something or we all want to be a part of some type of group that speaks to who we are. So when it comes to being a positive role model, we have opportunities to influence not only ourselves, but the world around us. Being a positive role model is being self-aware of how your energy and actions impact others. It’s not living for other people however, it is thinking others first as you live your own life. We don’t have to always care about what people think we simply have to do what we say, and say what we do all while giving ourselves love and grace to hold space to process.
