Possession (1981)

Spooktober comes to a particularly gnarly end with 1981's Possession, a nightmarish fever dream about a relationship falling apart and also a big goopy octopus. We talk filming five feet away from the Berlin Wall, Isabelle Adjani freaking out in a tunnel, and how every movie should have a giant octopus. Other topics include: some recommendations for the end of Spooktober, Josh falling in love with Brian De Palma again, Joey watching more terrible horror remakes, and debating if Taika Waititi should have directed Killers of the Flower Moon. We also announce the theme for next month! Email us at [email protected] and have your message read on the show!
