from Rink Wide: Vancouver

The Canucks hoped to win back-to-back for the first time in a while tonight. The Carolina Hurricanes rolled into town on a recent slump, but you can never count out the Canes. It was a very quiet night for Captain Quinn, but Petey found his game again tonight, getting in on 3 of the Canucks goals. JT Miller had a great night and Nils Hoglander continued to impress. It was a tight game as Carolina constantly threatened to tie it up, but in the end, Demko was able to hold it together for the 4-3 win.Jeff Paterson and Blake Price host.Canucks 4 (24 SOG)Hurricanes 3 (24 SOG) Learn more about your ad choices.
