Post Gaza Ceasefire - Israeli Soldiers Torch Food, Houses & Water Treatment Plants Before Leaving

In the hours after a ceasefire was declared in Gaza, Israeli soldiers set fire to homes, food stores, and Gaza’s last functioning sewage water treatment plant. What was framed as a peaceful withdrawal became something else: a scorched exit that destroyed and defamed the last standing homes and infrastructure in an already destroyed city.   In this episode of Outside the Bubble, we trace those final hours before Israeli forces pulled back. Uncovering documented acts of arson shared by IDF soldiers online, the destruction of essential infrastructure, and the lasting human toll for Gaza’s residents.   You’ll hear how the Sheikh Ajlin sewage plant: Gaza City’s last major water treatment facility was burned to the ground, pushing the region’s sanitation system “to point zero.” And through voices on the ground, we explore what “ceasefire” really means for a population returning to ruins. This is not the end of war, it’s the beginning of survival. (And as of publishing this Podcast Netanyahu and the Israeli Government have broke this peace treaty by drone striking and killing a Palestinian man in Khan Younis).
