Post-Kadri Era Begins

The guys are back after four weeks off to ramp up before training camp next month. Aarif Deen and J.J. Jerez of Mile High Sports kick off the show with their thoughts on Nazem Kadri signing with the Calgary Flames. The guys discuss if the Avs should've bit the bullet on a similar deal or if it was time to move on. They also chat about potential replacements in the No. 2 center spot and if Alex Newhook is ready to take that role. Later, they catch up on other news since the last show including the signings of Anton Blidh and Shane Bowers and Jack Johnson going to Chicago. The show ends with a tribute to Mike Chambers of the Denver Post, who retired after a 27-years stint, mostly spent as an Avalanche beat reporter.
