He holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is an MBTI Master Practitioner. His professional experience ranges from management consulting for Fortune 500 companies to public service in the federal government. He has created and implemented strategies, policies, and procedures for multinational organizations. He has experience in negotiations between the United States and foreign governments.Kyle served in the Army from 2004 through 2012. He held three Military Occupational Specialties (MOS): Aircraft Electrician, Supply Clerk, and Paralegal. After completing basic and MOS training, he was assigned to the prestigious Special Operations Aviation Regiment (160th SOAR). Upon leaving active duty service, he continued to serve in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard while he attended college.
