BYU basketball's run in the 2026 Big 12 Tournament comes to a close after falling to the Houston Cougars, 73-66. AJ Dybantsa set the Big 12 Tournament scoring record in the loss, passing Kevin Durant. The downside was that BYU missed an opportunity to get a win over Houston, the only team that BYU has yet to defeat since joining the league.
