Join us in our recorded talk for the Postpartum Care Collective centered around neuroscience and cultural body shaming in the postpartum period. Christine was joined by postpartum and birth professionals and masterminds, Shelley Rahim, Eunique Deann and Siena Butler in discussing the implications of brain changes a women goes through and what strategies we can best use to support them. They spoke about creating action to shift the present dynamic, identifying support needed to cater to this continued trance like state. Less spoken about topics were brought up about topics such supporting partners in navigating the conditioning of cultural body shaming.
