Dr. Deering is now an Assistant Professor at Carroll University, where she teaches Neuroscience, Exercise Physiology, and Evidence into Practice. She has conducted extensive research in neuromuscular function in postpartum females, and also reviews research on postpartum exercise and rehabilitation for multiple journals.She tells us why she decided to go back for her PhD and how this research interested her.
