Pot Update

In Season One, Episode 5, I went over in depth the crisis of the increasing number of states who are legalizing the use of marijuana, IN SPITE OF MARIJUANA BEING A CLASS ONE DRUG according to FEDERAL LAW. On November 3, 2020, four states: New Jersey, Arizona, Montana, and South Dakota, ALL, on the same day, ratified the legal use of marijuana! ELECTION DAY! This brings the total number of states to fifteen, plus the District of Columbia, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam. Pot is legal right in our Nations Capital. Let that sink in. Our legislatures, both Federal and State, are selling the soul of our nation downstream, while turning a blind eye to the laws on the Federal books and the devastation it is bringing to our cities. Pueblo Colorado is one of those cities suffering the devastation of legislative malfeasance. We can do better- we MUST do better!
