Potential home buyers have concerns beyond price according to new survey

Thirty six percent say finding a home and working with a real estate agent is their top worry. PenFed Senior VP Mark Burrage…“It can seem daunting from the outside looking in if you haven’t done it before. You’re dealing with a mortgage lender, you’re dealing with a real estate agent, you’re dealing with a title company, appraisal company, inspections. And that part can seem overwhelming. But what I like to tell people is go around a neighborhood, look into it. Everybody in that neighborhood got a mortgage. It’s a lot simpler than people think.”And much of the task today is online.
