Potential shipments of coal threaten the health of West Oakland residents

The Bay Area Air District meeting today means West Oakland activists are turning up their dial on the fight to block a coal terminal from being built in their neighborhood. San Francisco's strangest April tradition is back. As KCBS's David Welch reports, the Saint Stupid's Day Parade marched through the Financial District today with plenty of absurdity to go around.
