Potions, Foxglove, and Ceridwen

This week, Nick and Shannon are talking all about POTIONS! Nick starts with some fun facts about historical potion ingredients (including bugs....among other things). They then discuss how you can use herbal formulary as a foundation for crafting your very own potions, and designing your herbal grimoire.  Since it's officially spooky season, they also have to give a warning about working with poisons unsupervised!
