Flight 2 is four pours of whiskey, each from a different state. The flights were sent to us and curated by our guest, Shannon Hood. She is a Whiskey Sommelier who runs 'Pourly Educated, a Spirited Experience' where she curates whiskey tasting events to educate people (like myself) in all things whiskey. It was a blast chatting with her as she led us through a tasting of bourbons, wheat whiskeys, and single malts from various distilleries in Texas and around the Country.
