Ce que l’on ressent dans un lieu n’est jamais neutre. Certaines pièces nous ressourcent immédiatement, d’autres nous épuisent littéralement. Et ce n’est ni psychologique, ni décoratif : c’est énergétique.Dans ma pratique de thérapie de l’habitat et de l’être, je combine Feng Shui holistique et géobiologie. L’un des points essentiels : le corps ressent l’état d’un espace avant que le mental ne le traduise. Quand un lieu est « chargé » ou déséquilibré, l’énergie se fige, se bloque… et le corps réagit instantanément.Des lignes énergétiques perturbées, un espace sans mouvement, ou les mémoires des lieux peuvent créer un excès ou un vide d’énergie. Et ce vide agit comme une fuite : certaines personnes ont plein d’idées… mais aucune action. Leur habitat aspire leur vitalité avant même que le projet ne commence.La fatigue chronique n’est pas toujours liée à ce que l’on vit émotionnellement, mais à l’endroit où l’on vit physiquement. Travailler sur son habitat, ce n’est pas juste « optimiser son intérieur » : c’est relancer son énergie.Quelques micro-actions pour tester : changer d’espace pour réfléchir, bouger légèrement l’endroit depuis lequel on prend ses décisions, ou respirer dans un autre angle de la maison.
