POV: YOUR TALKING TO YOUR FAVORITE TEACHER

Welcome back to Skip Class Still Pass. In today's episode, I sat down to talk with my favorite teacher from high school, Ms. Rizzi. She is more than a teacher, she is a great friend who has supported my vision since basically day one. We recorded this episode in September of 2020, which was suicide awareness month. In the episode, we talk about the documentary, The Social Dilemma, and how social media is impacting the younger generation's mental health. We discuss how schools could help students be better prepared for "life." We really bounce from memory to memory talking about Ms. Rizzi's life growing up in the '90s and attending fashion school at FIT. She also shares the lessons she wishes she knew when she was younger. We talk about having an open-minded attitude, being too hard on yourself, saving your money, staying aware of social media, and faking it till you make it.
