Poverty and Homelessness in the LGBT Community - Bevan Dufty

Bevan Dufty is the Director of HOPE (Housing Opportunity, Partnerships and Engagement) for the City and County of San Francisco. In 2012, He was elected to serve as a member of the San Francisco Democratic County Central Committee. In 2002, he was elected to represent the City's 8th District on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, succeeding Mark Leno. He was re-elected as Supervisor in 2006 and was termed out in 2011. Bevan will be talking about the impact of poverty and homelessness on members of the gay and lesbian community.
