Three and a half years ago, Alexandra was a 6th grade English teacher that was looking to buy her first duplex. Over the past three years, Alexandra has quit teaching and become a full-time realtor and investor that has approximately $20,000,000 of both residential and commercial real estate property with a monthly rental income of over $120,000. She has a portfolio consisting of over 150 residential doors and around 50 commercial units throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. She recently, along with two partners, purchased her first retail strip mall in Eau Claire, WI. She has been successful in navigating no-money down deals, and finding amazing, off-market deals. She loves the process of stabilizing properties and procuring great tenants.
