Since then, he has participated in the acquisition of 190 Units, and has now become a fund manager who is building 98 town homes in Louisiana and partaking in the acquisition of a 670-unit portfolio of workforce Multifamily in KY and NC. He got his start by doing social media videos for a local apartment investor in Phoenix and successfully raised $625K for small Multifamily deals during the post-crash buying frenzy. 3 Pillars 1.
