This allowed him to take a buyout from General Motors 11 months after he made the decision and 9 months after the purchase of the first property. Dave specializes in identifying outsized value and helping his friends take advantage of those identified exceptional values. He helped over 70 clients buy in the Smokies in 2021 and 2022, helping ease the purchaser’s anxiety he felt by building a team that analyzed every property that hit the market in the Smokies.
