She is the former Deputy Director of the White House’s National Economic Council and Executive Associate Director in the Office of Management and Budget.  Alex Jacquez is Special Assistant to the President for Economic Development and Industrial Strategy and was a founding member of Team Labor in the National Economic Council. Before joining the White House staff, Alex was a Senior Policy Adviser to Senator Bernie Sanders.
