Dr. Janell Royster is an Air Force veteran who holds a philosophical doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. Dr. Royster is currently pursuing an educational doctorate in Traumatology from Liberty University. She owns Semper Motis LLC, a private practice based in Florida.  She serves on the project vet relief as a board member and treasurer on the board of the Virginia Clinical Counselors Alliance.
