Community has looked a lot of different ways for me over the years including packed online networking calls to quiet in-person walks or coffee meet-ups with just one other person. And if I'm honest, I used to believe that bigger meant better. That community needed to be every day, every moment, sharing about each other constantly on social, etc. to be powerful. But this past year has shown me that intimacy, intention, and alignment matter so much more than numbers OR even who. In this episode of the Power of Choice series, I’m reflecting on what it’s meant to build my community locally for the first time in years, while also balancing my virtual community. In this conversation, I share: How I’ve started building an aligned community both locally & virtually. How I’ve redefined connection, networking, and showing up for others.
