Power of Choice Series: Choosing My Own Spiritual Path

This week on the Power of Choice series, I’m opening up about a part of my story I’ve never fully shared before: what it’s been like to step out of the “shoulds” I grew up with and start choosing my own spiritual path as an adult. For most of my life, my spiritual path was chosen for me. Church on Sundays, Children’s choir (which I did love!), the beliefs and rhythms my family lived by. It all shaped me, but it wasn’t always my choice. It hasn’t been linear, and it hasn’t been easy. For years, I buried my questions under work, busyness, and burnout. I ignored the pull to explore what I truly believed in because I was scared to slow down long enough to ask.  But over the last couple of years, something shifted and I’m learning that spirituality doesn’t have to be defined, labeled, or look like anyone else’s to be real. In this episode, I share: The spiritual choices made for me in childhood and how they shaped me Why I put my spiritual/faith journey on pause for years What intuition, inner work, and new experiences are teaching me now I am still very much “in the process.” I don’t have all the answers.
