Ask one, and you skip right past small talk and go straight to something real. Here’s the big shift: Instead of focusing on what you want to say, start asking yourself, “What can I learn about this person?” Because connection grows when curiosity leads the way. What Is an Honest Question™? An Honest Question™ is open-ended, unexpected, and meaningful. It’s not small talk.
