In this episode, serial entrepreneur Khalia Luff joins us to share her journey as a wholesaler as well as getting into her very first deal using creative financing and creating money in thin air.  Khalia has had the entrepreneur bug since college, going from selling hair, to making a massive amount of money selling Tee shirts. She eventually jumped into the Real Estate space wholesaling houses while learning the ropes.
