Power Restored, El Cajon Police Shooting, Insurance Company Returns

Power has been restored to all SDG&E customers affected by the public safety power shutoffs. Questions continue to surround an investigation underway in El Cajon after police shot and killed a woman driving a pickup truck in the police station's parking lot.
