When I first started my fitness business I was very active on social media so one of the first things I bought was a Sony a5100 camera. This made a world’s difference, it brought my overall content quality up and it helped me establish myself in the industry because people could tell I cared about the content I was producing. The funny part is I got a credit card to get the a5100 and when I got my credit line of $500 I maxed it out so I was able to afford the camera. The second practical investment I made was a home office. For a long time, I just worked from my bed or at a coffee shop, but since I upgraded to this office space it has helped my productivity skyrocket. It helped me get in my zone and I know a home office would help you get in your zone as well. The third practical investment I made was some new clothes, I know it sounds weird. But when you are experiencing a creative roadblock or are getting stuck in the day-to-day, a pair of new clothes can help take you out of that and help you feel fresh.
