Today we are going to learn a strategy to strengthen the break system. Close your eyes and image a leaf floating on the wind. Now imaging you are that leaf when you feel an urge to blurt out...use your power of pause with a breath and the thought, "what is the next best thing to say or do? Practicing a PAUSE can feel SUPER tricky, but YOU abolutely have the super power within you, so with time and practice it will become easier as the skill gets stronger!
