David Marquet, Inc. Magazine's Top 100 leadership speaker and the bestselling author of "Turn the Ship Around", discusses his keynote topic at this year's Southern Fried Agile conference: "Move Your People Up the Ladder of Leadership".  Marquet emphasizes a "lean back" approach to leadership – giving people the room to lean in and make more decisions on their own.
