Praising God in Brokenness

Praising God in Brokenness Brokenness is not the end of our story—it is often where God does His deepest work in us. In moments of pain, disappointment, and loss, we may feel as though our hearts are shattered beyond repair. Yet, it is in these very places of brokenness that God meets us with His unfailing love. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Our brokenness does not drive God away; rather, it draws Him near. He sees our pain, He hears our cries, and He holds every piece of our weary hearts. Praising God in the midst of brokenness is an act of trust. It is choosing to believe that He is still good, even when life is hard. It is surrendering our hurt to Him, knowing that He can bring beauty from ashes. When we lift our voices in worship despite our suffering, we declare that our faith is not based on circumstances but on the unchanging character of God. If you find yourself in a season of brokenness, take heart—God is working in ways you cannot see. He is molding you, refining you, and drawing you closer to Him. Praise Him, not because your situation is perfect, but because He is. In your brokenness, He is your healer, your restorer, and your peace. Even in the darkest moments, His light shines, and His love never fails. Lord, I praise You even in my brokenness. You are my strength, my hope, and my healer. Amen.
