Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) says it has assessed the extent of vandalism of its infrastructure across the country and has instituted a recovery plan, Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has joined PRASA Management in visiting some of the damaged stations in and around Johannesburg and to provide details of the recovery plan.
