Lani sprejeti 25. splošni komentar o pravicah mladih v digitalni družbi obravnava številna vprašanja. Pomemben je tudi zato, ker je nastajal ob pomoči otrok in mladostnikov, ki se zavedajo pomembnosti kibernetske varnosti, a si želijo in zahtevajo tudi pravico do preživljanja prostega časa na spletu.
