Short story: this song is based on an actual interaction I had with a stripper at a hole-in-the-wall strip club in Palm Beach. She was from Dallas trying to make a change of environment in Florida. Got a dance and everything but had a moment to actually talk to her and she spilled a lot about her personal life, confided in me. To summarize, everyone is human no matter what walks of life they’re from and waking, and everyone can use a prayer or a word of care sometimes. (no i didn't pray for a stripper in the middle of a strip club that would be crazy)
